Two basic options, automatic fed duplicators or a bunch of
drives with HW that automates the duplication. I would suggest
going with the bunch of drives approach which has two
options. One an assembled unit or buy a controller and
make one yourself from dives, cases and a power supply.
It does require more babysitting by changing disks but
comes out a lot cheaper and has a rather large speed
advantage.
