Any idea who takes responsibility for these things? Nick? Michael

I don't know that I'd precisely use the term "takes responsibility."

Maybe that's the problem.

The people that I know who care about this don't seem to be able to
change things by themselves. I haven't precisely figured out where the
obstruction is. IMHO, the change needs to come from the top.

So folks who want to communicate their concerns about the terms to
CodeGear might indeed try starting with Jim Douglas.

Tried communicating with Jim Douglas, following his invitation to
comment on user experience.

His answer was that he had started a debate internally regarding
licensing.

How long should I wait for a resolution of this problem?
