Older QC reports

Hi,

what happens to older QC reports? I mean will there be a fix for older
Delphi versions ever? I stepped into a very annoying bug in the IDE which
is a severe bug, reported in #9694 and no solution or work-around posted so
far.

The QC entry is still in state reported which means no official reply so
far and I'm concerned that it will never get fixed.
The bug was reported in 2004 and some Delphi versions later no fix
available at all.

So, what's the deal with this and older bug reports? IMO some of the worst
show stoppers really need a fix for loyal users of Delphi

Yes, I know it has been discussed several times, but I'm currently very
pissed because this DataSource issue drives me nuts.
