My own view is similar. It will take a lot to convince me that CG is
handling QC well enough to use it to report bugs or to look for bug
resolution info.
Self-fullfilling prophesy - if there are very many that think this way, then it guarantees failure, don't you think? Such a system can *only* work well if people take part in it and try to use it.
Fortunately there seems to be enough that don't think this way. Here are the current stats for QC usage: http://qc.codegear.com/stats/. Please take a look and then explain on what basis you don't think it is working.
