The current group is for discussions *about QC*, what Doug is referring
to is a group dedicated to disussing the QC:ed issues themself.

IMO, that's what the comments are in QC. If those were available as a
news server group I'm sure the discussions would be more lively,
although I'm not sure about the quality level...
