Is it possible to install Delphi 7 on Vista Home Premium?

I have tried this myself, when installing Delphi 7 on Windows Vista:
Install D7 on Vista and just ignore the warning that Vista shows you.
It's best if you choose to install Delphi 7 in another place than the
default under "Program Files" because this directory is normally write
protected and Delphi 7 needs to write in Delphi 7\Bin and \Projects folder
when you run Delphi.
After the install and before starting D7 for the first time, select
properties on two folders, the Delphi7\Bin and Delphi7\Projects folder.
Set permission to full control for all users (what ever it's called in
english).
This is necessary if you install D7 under "Program Files" and may perhaps
not be necessary if you install D7 in another place.
Now D7 can run normally in Vista.
