I cannot complain about the install on Vista (Home Premium in my case). It took about 40 minutes on my system.

About the same on my Vista Business machine, and I would say %80 of the time was spent on the 'Validating Install' bit. It didn't hog much CPU time though, so I could work on other stuff without any problems.
