I am currently running D2006 and I've been thinking about upgrading to
D2007.
What are the thoughts of people here? Is it worth it? Would it be
better to wait for D2008?
I upgraded from D2006, and it was worth it. Yes, you can argue that
D2007 was simply the bug fix for D2006 and should not cost extra, but
that doesn't change the fact that the benefits of upgrading are
significant. Many parts of the IDE are faster. Use of classic undocked
mode is MUCH improved.
Well I've ordered my RAD2007 w/ SA for my BDS2006 as an upgrade.
I really hope the differences is worth the 'upgrade' price.
I hate bug fixes in the guise of 'upgrades'.
