Re: Delphi to Visual Studio Conversion Project

I'm not a Delphi person; my preference is CBuilder, so I don't really know the answer to my own question. Thus the post.

Don't know anything about RemObjects, but I do know about piss poor management (we're stuck with it in my group) and that was my first thought; it's a management decision and you're stuck with it.

I just hope they have barrels of money. I've dabbled with C#, and it pales in comparison to CBuilder for speed of development.

Still curious about the scaling "problem" mentioned, though. Anybody have any comments on that?

hmm, isn't RemObjects Data Abstact available for Delphi as well?

Seems like a piss poor management decision to me. Some Manager is reading Magazines again and likes all the buzzwords :-)
