I doubt there has been strong vocal support for D8 from anyone,
including "certain TeamBers".

Anyway, if we want CodeGear (or, in the past Borland) to know what we
think, we don't have to do that in the public newsgroups. We have far
more direct ways of communicating with them, and believe me, we are not
always very diplomatic.
