Re: Delphi to Visual Studio Conversion Project

As to whether .NET is a "good thing"tm or not,

Let me make it clear that I am not anti .NET or anti MS. For certain
areas .NET makes more sense (ASP.NET for example) and for others
native Delphi is the better solution (snappy scalable desktop and some
client server applications). And .NET has got an excellent framework
indeed. I myself recommend anyone needing .NET and considering
Delphi.NET to use VS C# instead.

TeamBers are not CodeGear employees, they are usually consultants or
developers who have to make a living out there in a big harsh
commercial world.

I know that you are a volunteer, but that TeamB tag looks quite shiny
and official to many.

My speciality is not just writing code, it is designing OO systems
and implementing them in code.

..NET certainly is an excellent solution to solve those kind of problems.

All I tried to say is that to me it seems unwise to post so often why
for you C# is better than Delphi while wearing your TeamB name tag.
