I recently posted a message on delphi.jobs and I only got few responses.
I was wondering if you guys know any good site or forum where Delphi
developers check for jobs.
I am trying to stay away from Monster or ultra expensive sites like that.

Well, in this case I think you will get what you pay for. If you want to
reach the maximum number of developers looking for a job, I'd go with
Monster or DICE. I get email notifications from Monster and Dice almost
daily on job/contract opportunities nationally or restricted to a specific
geographical area.

This is money well spent IMO.
