The library path is correct: $(BDS)\lib . The units are in that
directory.

It sounds like the Help isn't registering correctly. Check the
registration log in $(installdir)\help\doc\H2Reg_Log.txt. Are there any
error messages in there? Also, verify that there are .Hxs files in
$(installdir)\help\doc.
Let me ask around about the problem with the default units...
