Hi Troy,

I can't speak for DevConnections, but I'd recommend TechEd, at least
partly just for the experience of a conference at this scale. There
were some good technical session, too. That, along with having friends
in Orlando would put TechEd at the top of my list if it weren't for a
conflict.

I hear PDC is a lot of fun. Here's hoping it doesn't get scrapped
again. :)
