Didier,
I have been having really good luck with Mono 1.2.6 and ASP.net 2.0.

I have been using VS 2005 and the projects I have been working on just work on Linux with no modifications.
I would imagine that Delphi.net 2007 asp.net apps should work also, as long as you don't use any VCL assemblies.

There are a couple of things not implemented but overall I have been REALLY impressed with the whole Mono experience with ASP.net.
