In spite of the somewhat misleading videos powtils applications can be
deployed on win32 and linux and can be developed by using delphi,
lazarus or just msdos and fpc. Its a nice collection of routines to play
with, easy and simple. (basicly the same framework php is delivering)
I have been using it in a test to convert a hopeless complicated PHP
application into a nice little cgi application. (with a little framework
and some normal inheritance its almost easy)
Today i failed at compiling a very simple hello world delphi-apache
module as httpd2 ain't supporting the newer apaches 2.2.x (hate to
downgrade it, but i see no other way). Anyway, what could be interesting
for you is the delphi-apache module with cross platform support (kylix).
Mayby a bit outdated, but if its functional why not..
