I'll accept that there's been a screw up, but I won't accept that it's a
screw-up of interpretation, rather one of decision making and
communication (and one that has been going on for the past 2 years -
this being just the most recent example).
Everyone keeps saying "give CG a chance, they'll make it right", and I
for one desperately hoped they/you would, but at every opportunity CG
seem intent on screwing things up.
It hurts.
FWIW, I'm mostly with you on this one. A little more polish on the execution, and thought to how the communication would seem to the disenchanted, would go a long way, I think.
