Was Delphi ever truly "mainstream"? I don't recall a time when saying you were
doing Delphi would get nods of knowing acknowledgement from most developers.
That was actually one interesting thing about Delphi: it was (and still is) a
great secret weapon in the war for productivity and competitive advantage.
