their Unicode versions, not their Ansi versions anymore like they are in
D2007 and earlier. So unless MSLU is installed on Win9x/ME, D2008
executables won't even load up on those systems.
Does that mean D2008 executeables will run fine/ok if
MSLU is present? Can MSLU be shipped in installation?
Will be great if I can still use D2008 to target Win98/Me
even if it requires shipping MSLU with my products.
