I don't think those people have made the best decisions for us, as
customers, in the past, yet they stay with the company in positions of
influence and power, behind the veil, so to speak.

Well, my experience has been that the people who are still here are
the ones who are making a positive contribution. The ones who were the
source of my pains as a customer are not. I understand that your
experience may have been different than mine. But the people listed
there are in a position to and are willing to help.
Be specific and they should speak to your issues. Of the ones you
mentioned:

I said it before, I *like* Tim. I *don't* like what happened, is
happening, with Delphi for PHP, so that makes me nervous.

Have you brought up your concerns with Tim? Other than the product
name, (which, ISTR was one of your concerns) he should be able to steer
things in the right direction.

On that page you linked, I don't know Duncan Sharp. I do know that the
CodeGear licenses have been getting more and more frustrating. BlackFish
SQL only being deployable on a single CPU socket machine with the RAD
Studio license is an example. Then again, that might not be CodeGear
legal. Developers keep asking for the "like a book" terms back.

Many of us hope the new owners will understand this is one of our
user's expectations. BlackFish SQL's Deployment licenses seem to be
pretty reasonable and without any CPU limitation. (link below) A case
could be made that the $60 version should come with RAD Studio, but I
believe it also makes sense to sell this separately to help determine
demand. (Strictly my opinion, it may not be why they did it.) I don't
know who made that decision, but Nick is probably the best person to
discuss it with.

Swindell has been around too long, IMO. He was responsible for FreeCLX,
or rather it's death.

This is something that I know literally nothing about. I'm sorry that
I can't help in this instance. Have you contacted Michael directly?

Steve Todd's been around since 1992? Responsible for development an
delivery of products? So he's the one we should contact for the
incredible cluster* of SA delivery of Delphi last time?

Although I believe Nick is already looking into this, sure. Be
specific about why your expectations were not met and how things can be
improved and I'm certain that he'll dig into it. He's been providing a
lot of incentive to the QA Department (both the management and the team)
so that we deliver quality. He can apply the right kinds of pressure to
help improve processes for whichever team that needs it.

The best thing to take away from this is that those that remain are
definitely interested in your feedback and will act upon it the best
they can. Just about every one of the people listed on that page are
people who I have had conversations with and who have been very willing
to hear my constructive criticism and have explained their reasoning for
decisions that I may have disagreed with. (And I am Including Jim
Douglas)
I can honestly say that these folks are not Dilbertian PHB's, unlike
some former Borland executives that I had the displeasure of dealing
with when I was a customer. I hope that there is a conference in the
future so that we can share a drink and tell you about some of those
days...
