Will Price of Delphi and other Tools collapse?

Now that CG is owned by a private company...

I just wish the Delphi and other Tools become more cheaper so more people can afford it in developing countries. It is the developing countries that can give the benefit of scale (due to large population) and help any company make profits beyond dreams! One of the reason why most of Western Hemisphere companies are moving towards Asian countries, esp. to India.
