countries that can give the benefit of scale (due to large population) and help any company make profits beyond dreams! One of the reason why most of Western Hemisphere companies are moving towards Asian countries, esp. to India.
The problem with this cheap outsourcing model is that work migrates from countries like the US and UK, taking work from people in these countries. This then means that, although the companies that commission the outsourcing benefit, they have to lay off employees in their own country. If this trend were to continue, who is going to be able to afford the products made cheaply but not necessarily sold cheaply in other countries where the cost of living is greater than Asian countries.
Outsourcing to Asian and other eastern countries can only lead to a limited number of western company bosses getting rich whilst their ex-employees can no longer afford their mortgages.
