I have seen the default installation of delphi working under a non
admin user with out problems.No need to move/copy or any of this.
The only problem you will face is when you have 3rd party
components installed in c:\program files and you have the path for
the source files in the search path of delphi.
For some reason although the dcu file exists and are in sync with
source files delphi trys to compile them. Removing the directories
with the source files from the search path solves this problem.
