Why cannot be this bundled in Tiburon, added a project type for it and
supported officially in a more visual way?

Without a IDE-Formdesigner-Support such solution is only a technical
concept. I think no one will use this for there business application
development. For hobby-development this will be ok.

While I agree that Form Designer support would be ideal... Ive talked to a
number of CF developers and many rarely use the form designer anyway... also,
Oxygene (formerly Chrome) includes this level of support for CF development
and has folk using it.

I also do Palm development using Pocket Studio and can say that probably 80%
or more of my development is without the form designers... sometimes its
just handy to get closer to the iron when your in a smaller system.

Ive also learned to 'hope' for 'small' things from borland... the bigger
ones usually get shelved... at this point id be fairly happy with an
official, supported, CF development capability in Rad Studio even if it didnt
have a designer... it beats the current trend of watching it slip from
release to release to 'something we are thinking about' over the last few
years. Also, as long as its a bastardized, hacked together solution thats
unsupported noone will use it for real developement since codgear could
change anything at any time and break the hack.

Although I do not agree about the hopes/expections thing my self I now that any
library/framework is usually a progressive work and I prefare to have a
portions of the lib as they are ready to use than to wait for all the thing to
come alive at once.
