The IT industry generally and particulary app development have very
high staff churn rates, the average length of service in this industry
is actually quite low, Borland / CodeGear is unusual in that they have
an extraordinary number of people who have been there many multiples of
the industry average.
Its also pretty common for people who worked together sucessfully and
produced great results to want to work together again on other new
projects, finding past collegues together in new companies is very
normal. Trust and confidence builds up over time and is not something
you throw away.
Cheers Tim.
