Updated Blackfish SQL RAD Studio License

Looks like they're keeping it low key, but CodeGear finally updated the RAD Studio license for Blackfish SQL, making it legal to deploy on most web servers and a fair number of desktops, without purchasing extra deployment licenses.

Good job.

That's been one of my biggest complaints about Blackfish, maybe I'll even consider using it now.
