Some more details on Apple's "hoops":
You must agree to a separate EULA for the SDK, but you're not allowed
to show it to anyone. You are not allowed to distribute your
applications to anyone. I would cut and paste the relevant section of
the SDK license agreement here, but:
1. Apple considers the license confidential, and does not allow
reposting it anywhere.
2. When you get the license from Apple, you must agree not to repost
it yourself.
3. When you do get the PDF, you will see that Apple has disabled
copying the text.
Could you be so kind as to post a copy of CodeGear's Tiburon Field Test NDA (assuming that as TeamB member you're on it and signed it) here?
What, no? You aren't allowed to? Shocker!
in other words - no "hoops", just standard industry practice to protect your beta releases under NDA, as many companies reasonably do.
