My opinion on this is that the wiki page should be for *Delphi* as a product, period, and the division (CodeGear) or company, present and past, should be detailed within the article. That way the page will never again need to be "moved" just because ownership or company/division names change over time. The article *contents* should contain the history, not the article *title*.
