So Adobe PDF, Adobe Flash, OpenOffice will also become irrelevant because there is also no 64-Bit Port available.

I think 99% of Delphi-Apps will run in 64-Bit Systems fine without limitations (only if you need more than 3GB, you will have problems).

Before a Win64-Port, Unicode must be finished because AFAIK there is no ANSI-Win64-API.
