it depend from your task. If you want to use a language that is registered
in MS Windows (VB-script, Java-script etc), you may use MS Script Control
I wrote the VCL wrapper for this control:

Only if you want to define own language or want to use some custom syntax,
you may search third-party component (wide list posted during last days
here)
