Is this similar to WPTools?

Headers, Footers, page numbering, rulers etc?

Programatic access to document, search, select and replace etc.

I've looked at the website, but it didn't really give a lot in this
direction.

I am about to settle on WPTools for my mailmerging and wordy report
generation.
