Yes.

Calling the Preview method and then opening your dataset? If so, your
report will be empty because you won't open the dataset until after you
return from PreviewModal. You might try posting some code.
See if you can get a simple app, with a main form and one report to fail.
Then post that to attachments. I'll see if it works for me.
