Looking for simple PAINT component / code?

We need to be able to draw on an image in our application. However, our
needs are very very simple. We only need to be able to draw lines.

As such a number of the more commercial packages offer far too many
features. We are wondering if anyone has a simple component or code
that allows a user to draw on a canvas in a simple manner...??
