Try RunTime Fusion: http://www.greatis.com/runtime.htm
I can't say if customization is as easy as you want it to be, but you
can try out, there is a demo version available.
I purchased the ObjectInspector control there. To add custom properties
you usually have to create a new class based on TCustomInspector und
create them internally.
However, i do not like the control too much, sometimes the painting is
not correct, and i do not like the solution of deriving from TListBox.
