TIdFTP error

Hi
I get an "Socket Error # 11004" error when I call TIdFTP.Connect and ther is
no connection to the internet. This error only occur in windows XP, in
window 98 the window with user name, password and phone number comes up like
it should.
What do I need to do so that the connection windows shows in window XP when
I call TIdFTP.Connect?
I am using Delphi 7 and Indy 9
