About DB grids...

Some time ago I needed a free or low cost data aware grid for
a low budget project. There was nothing too fancy or too unusual
in my requirements.
But, to my very big surprise, I discovered there is simply
no such grid available on the third-party Delphi market.
All the grids tested either doesn't fulfill all requirements or
have problems (bugs or other problems).
While I initially tested only free and low cost grids (under $100),
then , only for records, I tried more expensive ones.
The result is: zero grids found.

Here are my requirements for grid:
- show CheckBoxes
- able to click CheckBoxes when RowSelect activated
- move columns at run-time
- sort columns
- multi-select
- show elipsis at end of text in cells if doesnt't fit
- show tooltips when doesn't fit
- doubleclick vertical line fits text in column/title
- event for click on CheckBox with option of allow/deny the change
- save/restore layout
Actually something more like a data aware list view, but I didnt find
a DB ListView either.

Here are (some of) the grid tested and some comments:
 1) Almost all free grids I found. Best one seems to be DCSlib, but
this is no more developed from 2001 I think
 2) Xfiles Grid - a big minus here for their way to present/deliver
the trial version
 3) EhLib - actually this is the closest I found; I contacted the
author twice but no answer so far
 4) RAD-studio grid - one of the best grid around for a good price,
but still no match for me.
 5) InfoPower (version 3000)
 6) ExpressQuantum (only the demos are available)
Also I took a look at JFControls demo, but it is not very intuitive
and doesnt' show much of the capabilities I'm looking for so I didn't
install the package.
Testing evironment: Delphi 6 Prof, Windows XP Prof

Does anybody know of other grids?
