Yes. This is exactly how it's done.
For every connection, you can define the Address and the Port.

Client makes the connection, while Admin waits for connections.
This means that using Client, you can connect to a Server which is waiting
for connections, while using Admin, you can wait for Servers to connect to
you. You can control Servers using Clients and/or Admins.

The same thing.

If you want to try and compile it in BCB, I can give you the code for
evaluation, since I didn't test it under BCB. If you're interested in the
source code for evaluation, please join the my Forum at
www.deltasoft.hr/remote/forum and post me a private message with your
evaluation request. I will then send you the source code, so you can test it
under your version of BCB.

Yes, that's right. As long as you don't sell the source code too. This means
that you have the right to integrate it in your application and make all the
chanhes you want/need, but only I have the right to sell the source (as the
Author). It wouldn't be fair if you tried to resell the source once bought a
single source code license.

There's no time limit to updates. There is a Licensed members usergroup in
my Remote Office forum, where I keep track of all past and new licensed
users. All updates are discussed in "Source Code Discussions" forum and
after discussions are closed and we see that the thing is working as it
should, I send updates to all Licensed users. Source code license never
expires.
