Hi Jacob,
Since ALL of them make Help Files, I would say they are competitors :-)
It may be like the difference between MS Word and MS Works, but it is still
valid, especially with his requirements (in-house tool). Also, complexity
can sometimes be a bad thing. At my day job, we have a old version of
RoboHelp that noone ever unwrapped because the massive size of RoboHelp
product packaging intimidated the people who wanted to create some simple
help files :-)

BTW Jacob, I apologize for sending the original message to you only. Looks

and I certainly wasn't trying to bother you specifically. I followed up
