[ANN] Mail Overseer version 1.2.1 released

Mail Overseer version 1.2.1, anti-spam written in Delphi, has been
released.

New in this version:

1. Added option for automatically close "New messages" window when all
messages are GOOD/SPAM/WL/BL. See the help file for details.
2. Added "Stop" command to cancel an ongoing connection
3. Fixed a bug which led to not display balloon tool tips when some
of the "Show balloon tool tips" items are checked.
4. Other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
