SimDesign is happy to announce the release of the DtpDocuments Component
    Suite version 2.12.

Use this VCL component to add desktop publishing to your Delphi application.
It can be used to create photo browsers, home/desktop publishing apps, CAD /
    GIS systems, interactive viewers, etc.

    - Provide your users with an easy way to edit documents or reports, move and
rotate simply by dragging the shapes.

    - Basic shapes that are supported: text, multiline memo, lines with arrow
heads, polylines, ellipse, rectangle, rounded rect, metafiles (wmf/emf),
rasterformats bmp, gif, jpg and png, user-drawn freehands.

    - Override shapes to draw your own. No need to implement alpha-blending or
rotation code, since this is handled on lowlevel by DtpDocuments itself.

    - Each shape can be rotated freely and can be alpha-blended on pixel level
    and shape level.

    - Group shapes, provide anchors for specific group behaviour.

    - Shapes support OnMouse/OnKey events, hints, animation, in-document
    editing, copy/paste, etc.

    - Add effects, like shadow, color correction, frames to each shape or group

    - Superfast zoom on the document, using special caching techniques.

    - Overlay the component over your own drawn code, using OnPaintForeground /
    OnPaintBackground.

    - Multipage load/save, thumbnail view of pages, printing to any device.

    - Transaction-based undo/redo

    - Fullfledged demo editor (with source) that shows how to use the component
    suite.

Trial, DCU and Source version available. The demo editor executable that
uses this component can be downloaded too.

DtpDocuments is compatible with Delphi5, Delphi6 and Delphi7.
