    To Borland

    In my final duty, I wish to make an application with the Language Delphi,
    where the program can relate to the hand phone. Become my plan is when
    people require the information, hence the people enough send the SMS (Short
    Message Service) to computer, and computer's answer will be direct given by
    passing SMS also.

    Therefore, I very am having recourse from Borland to finish my final Duty.
    So that, help the reply my questions hereunder:

    1. To create the program is above, what hardware any kind of required?

    2. Can I use the components (object / class) standard owned by Delphi? Or
    are there any components (object / class) special? If there is, what call it
    and I how to get it?

    3. Could you give the source code program which simple? (Program which can
    receive and send the SMS)
