Eugene and Steve,

Thanks for the clarifications. I was pulling my info from some
application notes that indicated Unicode support was available for Win98
OSR2. Since we don't code for Win98 any longer it was not an issue I
was concerned about.

I also assumed that the OP would take the information and do his own
final analysis based upon his application requirements.
