A Component Like the Outlook Bar?

Is there a component available similar to the Outlook Bar in
Outlook 2000--also seen in some windows of XP?

This is the substitute for a TPageControl where, instead of tabs,
there are buttons stretching the width of the control. A click
of a button slides the others out of its way, along with
whatever page is currently revealed, to show a page of controls
beneath that button.
