An HTML Help Engine...

Hi to all,
I'm very wonder when I use the Eclipse program Help system
(www.eclipse.org) so I would change all my Delphi programs help systems
from .HLP to an engine which use HTML files. This is my requirements:

- help Engine must be wrote with Delphi code (available on SRC, or BPL)
  so I can integrate it in my programs like a Form.

- help Engine which permit:
  list where get HTML files (better if list in xml)
  search for text
  list of index

Exist a similar product ?
