Analyze Tool

hi!

I know its not directly related to Delphi but anyhow I need a tool that lets
me analyze a *.vxd driver file.
I need to know the routines and types in it (not only adresses etc.) to let
me create my own *.vxd file that does the same.
And the other question is, how (if?) could I use the routines in a driver
file in Delphi?
