Real good ruler?

hi there,

I need a really useable ruler component that should be able to do the
following thing:

- supports pixels, mm, cm, inch and eventually percents, points
- Can move the basic point ("zero point") on the vertical and horizontal
ruler
- Can be zoomed

Any idea?
