Nexus have stated on several occasions on their NGs, and on their web
site that they have a 60-day free upgrade from v1 to v2.
read the following page:
http://www.nexusdb.com/index.asp?id=94
<snip>
All customers who have bought V1 of a NexusDB product within a 60 day
period before the official release of the V2 version will receive a
free update to the V2 equivalent product.
</snip>
Now it's very simple: just make sure to purchase v1 during the 60 days
before v2 comes out <eg>
