What do you want to do with it ?
Because if its only frame grabbing and video recording, there is nothing
special to use, just call the AVICap API functions.
The JVCL 3 has a component called TJvAviCapture that encapsulate those
calls into a component that you simply drop on a form an use.
The JVCL 3 needs the latest JCL and both of them are available as daily
snaphots at the following addresses:
http://jvcl.sf.net/daily/
http://jcl.sf.net/daily/
Both libraries are distributed under the MPL, meaning they are free to
use, even for commercial applications.
