Tms-tAdvStringGrid & cells of type 'Date'

Hello to the group,

if I use TAdvStringGrid with cells of type
  ('AEditor := edDateEdit;'
   in onGetEditortype event)
when I select a date thru the'datepicker'
the form suddenly HIDEs, I must to bring it to
front thru Alt+Tab keys.
I can not set the form of type 'stay on top' because I have
other forms to show.
Any help ?
