Sorry please for that newsgroup policy violation, but this is really serious
problem for our support service now and I sure most of our customers read
that newsgroup.

Dear customers and PivotCube users. Please check and correct your
anti-Spam/anti-virus programs so our support messages will able to delivered
to your mailbox.

Sent mail sometimes returned with message like 'AntiSpam program block your
message' or 'You have not authorization to write to specified address'

No one of your mail messages still un-answered by now. This is not our
guilty if you do not receive answer.
